Middle Eastern and Islamic World Studies Minor

Understand the geopolitical and economic developments of the world.

This is a multidisciplinary course of study. It combines the study of languages with the study of culture. You will learn languages like Arabic and Hebrew. You will explore cultures, history, politics and religion.

What will I learn?

You will develop essential language skills. You will examine Middle Eastern cultures and historical backgrounds. You'll gain skills to interact with citizens of Middle Eastern countries at home and in the international community.

Program Highlights

You'll be prepared to analyze the geopolitical and economic developments of the world. The Arabic Club is dedicated to the fostering of Arabic language, culture and food. They host a multitude of events such as cooking nights and other events. You'll gain essential language skills and cultural understanding.
