RESEARCH INTERESTS
My research interest focuses on employing the resources of phenomenology to elucidate the essential dimensions of political experience, such as belonging, authority, and foreignness. Moreover, I want to understand the peculiar objectivity proper to political order and the political community itself. I believe such an analysis could somewhat ameliorate the ills of modern liberalism, insofar as the latter has obscured our comprehension that, as Aristotle insisted, “man is a political animal.”
