I am interested in computational biophysics, with a particular emphasis on neuroscience applications. Recent projects include modeling neural networks for interval timing, calcium imaging of hypothalamic neurons, and prefrontal cortex optogenetics. Research into biomedical applications of electroencephalograms and functional imaging led to recent projects on brain-computer interfaces for subvocalization and brain wave entrainment.
