Student Involvement Facility Reservations

The new Stern Student Center is almost here

Opening Monday, January 4, 2027

 

The Office of Student Involvement manages facility reservations for several campus venues, including outdoor spaces, Stern Center spaces, and Rita 101, 102, and 103. This office also serves as a reference source for information regarding other venues on campus.

All reservation requests for Student Involvement facilities must be completed through the Astra Reservation System. 

ALL RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A REQUEST FORM

Student organization requests MUST be submitted by a student member of the group.
