Hire an MBA
Our MBAs land positions in some of the best companies. Yours is next.
We are proud to announce that our full-time, accelerated program was just named best MBA in the nation for job placement by U.S. News and World Report. Bottom line: we’re dedicated to equipping our students with the tools, network and knowledge they need to succeed in a competitive job market.
Our MBAs offer something different: four years average work experience, executive polish and a mastery of hard skills like data analytics, forecasting and systems-based thinking.
When you hire one of our MBA students, you’ll notice an immediate distinction. By perfecting the art of networking, negotiation, communication, leadership, team-building and more, our graduates have exactly what you’re looking for — talent, tenacity and expertise.

-
Hold an Information Session
Tell students about your company and your position and discuss future employment opportunities.
-
Hire an MBA Intern
Our MBA students are available for part-time internships throughout the academic year. Since the MBA program is full-time, internships are generally up to 10 hours per week. Interns are able to directly apply what they learn in the classroom to their projects at your company.
-
Plan a Company Visit
On-site visits offer students an opportunity to explore companies and industries and gives employers a first look at our talented cohort and often a “first pick” for recruiting purposes. The agenda depends on you but might include a company tour, a meeting with other executives, a case study discussion related to your business, a conversation about career paths and opportunities in your industry and a Q&A.
-
Host Informational Interviews
Spend time with students in person or on the phone while they gather career information by asking you questions related to your industry, company and career journey.
-
Host a Student
We encourage our students to spend time observing the day-to-day activities of a professional through job-shadowing opportunities. Whether you’d like to invite a handful of students to your business or want to sponsor a “Lunch and Learn” event for the entire cohort, both options are a great way to give your business visibility.
-
Become an Executive Speaker
Each week, we feature executive speakers from various industries, business environments, geographic regions and professional backgrounds. Students broaden their network and gain perspective on what is happening in business operations, financial markets, global trade, multi-national companies and diverse market and industry sectors. MBA Executive Forum presentations are usually an hour and take place on Fridays.
-
Join our Mentor Program
The MBA mentoring program pairs our talented students with individual mentors whose background and experience best aligns with the student’s interests and goals. The forms and frequency of the interaction is between the student and their mentor, but we encourage at least a one-hour monthly meeting from August through June.
-
Share Your Expertise
Share your expertise at an MBA Career and Professional Development event such as being a business etiquette dinner guest, assisting with mock interviews, showcasing leadership skills, critiquing resumes and more.
-
MBA Special Projects
Motivated and talented MBA students are interested in developing a business plan for a proposed new product or service, researching/recommending new supply-chain principles and practices, undertaking a feasibility study of a potential market extension or conducting competitive and market analysis and project viability, and developing improved financial analyses and reporting processes.
