Andrew Silverman is a senior strategist, focusing on tax policy and M&A, for Bloomberg Intelligence, a research platform that provides context on industries, companies, government, litigation, and the economy, available on the Bloomberg Terminal at BI<GO>. Mr. Silverman also served as vice president and counsel at AllianceBernstein and as a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP and Clifford Chance US LLP.

Mr. Silverman has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Union College, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Michigan Law School and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
