Managing Principal, Diversified Trust

Eric serves as the Managing Principal of the Charleston office. His professional career has been devoted to implementing comprehensive wealth strategies for individuals, business owners, and multi- generational families to include investment management, debt strategies, trust, philanthropic, tax and estate planning.

His extensive background in financial services includes serving high net worth families as a Private Client Advisor at Bank of America Private Bank (U.S. Trust), entrepreneurs and real estate investors while at Harbor National Bank of Charleston and SunTrust Bank in the St. Simons / Sea Island, Georgia area. With deep roots in Charleston, Eric delights in using his local knowledge and broad connections to make life easier and more efficient for newcomers to our area.

Eric earned his B.A. in International Studies from Emory University and his M.B.A. from The Citadel. He is a graduate of Leadership South Carolina, 2018 and Leadership Georgia, 2015. His varied passions include supporting local land conservation efforts, K-12 educational improvement, as well as helping families explore financial strategies to preserve historic houses and conserve family lands. Eric currently serves on the executive committee for the Coastal Carolina Boy Scout Council and the membership committee of the Edisto Island Open Land Trust.
