If you are interested in 61 Vandy for the 2025-2026 academic year, know that current residents will be contacted before leases open to the general College community. Current residents will get more details from the 61 Vandy management team within the next couple of weeks.
61 Vandy is just a block off campus, conveniently located near the School of Sciences and Mathematics Building and the Addlestone Library. This co-ed building is near the corner of Vanderhorst and Pitt streets. 61 Vandy has elevator access.
Each apartment consists of:
- one to four private bedrooms (one-bedroom units are studio apartments)
- one to two bathrooms
- living room
- full kitchen with range/stove, microwave, sink, dishwasher and full-size refrigerator
- washer and dryer
- TV
All apartments are air conditioned and come equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi.
