Office of Institutional Diversity
Extraordinary happens here because EACH of us is uniquely extraordinary.
We value diversity, equity, and inclusion and take seriously our commitment to being a university where ALL of us can thrive.
The Office of Institutional Diversity (OID) works behind the scenes and on the front lines so that you can feel you belong here.
We see you.

Online module
Everyone's experience with difference is...well, different. To help level the playing field, all of us are expected to complete an online learning module.
During your first year, you'll get to explore topics such as defining diversity, engaging comfortably with difference, examining assumptions, searching for similiarities, and the impact of microaggressions.
-
Embrace and Respect
Join us in embracing the diversity of our campus throughout the year with various events to help us understand the range of identities, cultures, and their contributions to our campus and beyond. Let's foster our collective growth beyond awareness and tolerance toward that of inclusion and respect.
-
Learning Sessions
Experience personal growth through learning sessions to help you develop more inclusive practices. Let's arrange customized sessions for your group. We work with students and employees. We look forward to working with you.
We want you to succeed.
