Madison Blanding- AdvisorHi everyone! My name is Madison, and I am a former College of Charleston student and a proud Charlestonian. I graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology (concentrated in Linguistics) and a minor in Women's and Gender Studies. After a pivotal work-study experience in UofSC's National Fellowships and Scholar Programs office, my passion for higher education and desire to pursue a career in student affairs were solidified. This led me to pursue a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration at Georgia Southern University.
Returning to campus in a professional role has been extremely full circle, and I genuinely could not be more excited to have finally landed my "dream" job. A few fun facts about me are that I am a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, a huge K-pop and anime fan, lover of fantasy and young adult books, and a foodie. In my free time, I enjoy scrolling on TikTok, watching vlogs, and basking in the sun!
