Research Interests
Antonio Pérez-Núñez’s research interests revolve around three key areas in language education. He is currently focusing on exploring the implementation and effectiveness of artificial intelligence (AI) in foreign language teaching and learning, seeking innovative ways to enhance language acquisition through technology. His work also delves into the realm of intercultural competence teaching and development, aiming to foster cultural awareness and understanding in language learners to promote effective communication in diverse settings. Lastly, Pérez-Núñez is also interested in the study of second language and heritage language acquisition, examining the factors that influence language learning outcomes and designing strategies to optimize language acquisition in educational settings.
