Research Interests

Melissa Negreiros, Ph. D. is an experienced teacher, instructional coach, district coordinator, and elementary school administrator. Dr. Negreiros assumed her tenure-track position at the College of Charleston in 2019. She currently teaches pre-service teachers. Her research agenda focuses on infusing technology into teacher education and STEAM instructional approaches. Transdisciplinary and constructionism serve as theoretical frameworks for her research and teaching.
