Performance/Recording Highlights

Tyler Ross has taught on the CofC Jazz Faculty since 2009 and is a longtime member of the Charleston Jazz Orchestra.  Maintaining a rigorous performance schedule, he commonly works within the styles of jazz, popular, and improvisational music.  A lifelong love affair with recording inspired Tyler to build a studio in his home where he records original artists.

Ross completed his bachelor's degree in Jazz Performance at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point as well as a master's degree in Jazz Performance from Western Illinois University studying with guitarist Matt Warnock.
