Research Interest

Oladimeji's research incorporates and integrates engineering techniques and social science methodologies thereby creating an interdisciplinary research that uses a variety of tools to offer solutions for complex processes.  Through the research work of developing a quantitative model, optimizing and predicting systems, network analyses, and  model validation; a unique research has been created that can enhance people, processes and performance with scientific methods.
