Professional Experience

Ludger “Lu” Reckmann is a mechanical engineer with almost 30 years of professional experience in the automotive industry.  He has held several technical and managerial positions in the automotive supplier business in Germany and in the United States, such as  CEO of ZF Transmissions, CEO of Kendrion N.A. and CEO of IFA Rotorion N.A. He retired from his last position at the end of 2022. He works as an adjunct professor since 2022 at the College of Charleston, and also works as an independent Consultant, Teacher and Coach.
