Research Interest

Dr. McCauley studies how students acquire computer science competencies - such as learning how to program, dealing with compiler and runtime errors, creating recursive solutions, and gaining professional dispositions. Her research experiments involve hundreds of students from a multitude of institutions, and are conducted with colleagues from around the world.
