Program Highlights

Ours is one of only three undergraduate real estate programs offered in South Carolina. You have the opportunity to choose elective courses in specific areas within the real estate minor. Choose from courses in topics like risk management, urban design studio and more.
  • Hands-On Learning

    Carter Real Estate Center

    This center brings students, faculty, alumni and industry leaders together. You will better understand the real estate market. You'll learn how to find practical solutions to the issues facing the industry today. You will use industry software such as ARGUS and CoStar to be career ready. Take part in our Real Estate Club that hosts several events and interacts regularly with industry professionals.

  • Internship and Careers

    You may analyze market trends for real estate investments, conduct feasibility studies or pursue your own path. Some careers you might consider include appraiser, property manager, loan officer or real estate agent. Start your career on the right foot with a real estate minor in addition to your intended major.
