Thanks to a partnership between the Carter Real Estate Center and The Appraisal Foundation, all graduates of the College of Charleston’s B.S. in Commercial Real Estate Finance receive significant credit toward professional Real Property Appraiser designations. This means you get a head start on a promising career.
